You will need:
1. Fresh lettuce( Around 500 grams).

2. Chopped garlic.(5 cloves)

3. 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.

4. Half tbsp Vinegar.

5. Half tbsp sugar.

6. 1 tbsp oil.

7. Salt to taste.

Combine the Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl and keep it aside.

Let's cook:

  1. Turn up the flame and heat some oil in a pan or a wok. Once the oil starts smoking, add the garlic and stir fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add the lettuce, stir fry it for a minute or till the lettuce maintains the colour and tenderizes.
  3. Add our combination of sauces to the stir fry. Keep frying for 1 minute, allow the sugars to caramelize.
  4. Your Lettuce stir-fry is ready!
